Tanya Oliver is a leading expert on process serving practices and regulations across the United States. With more than 19 years of experience in legal research and litigation support, Tanya is the manager for One Legal's nationwide network of process servers and other partners.
As One Legal’s Court Relations & Public Policy Manager, Mark works very closely with courts throughout the country, helping to develop new eFiling and eService projects. With 40 years in the industry, Mark is an expert on California service of process statutes, case law, and CA Rules of Court regarding eFiling and eService. Formerly our Director of Training, Mark is also himself a paralegal and has served as president and legislative chairman of the California Association of Legal Support Professionals.

Michael is a customer-centric technology executive with over 15 years’ experience building and leading innovative teams. Before joining One Legal as Chief Technology Officer, he was Senior Vice President of Technology & Services at Stonecrop Technologies and has held positions as Chief Technology Officer at eWinery Solutions and Vice President of Client Services at First Data Corporation.

He is a 2008 graduate of the University of Missouri School of Journalism and the recipient of the Illinois Paralegal Association's 2018 Outstanding Sustaining Member Award.

Brian Jaeger is the Production Manager at Elliott & Associates P.C. in Des Plaines, Illinois, responsible for overseeing the production throughout the office—including day to day operations—and manages the systems and technology initiatives from issue identification through implementation. He is also responsible for maintaining a constant stream of filing deadlines throughout Illinois, as well as guaranteeing that each client obtains the highest level of service through systems of quality control.

Tisha Delgado is a senior litigation paralegal and e-discovery specialist at Golan Christie Taglia, where she maintains complex databases and assists clients in collecting and exporting electronically stored information and social media. An educator, trainer, and thought leader, Tisha is frequently called on to speak at paralegal schools and legal education conferences.
She currently advises legal professionals on e-filing rules and procedures, and how to create successful workflows to accommodate an evolving e-filing system in the Illinois state courts. Tisha is a member of the Illinois Paralegal Association and presently serves as its Vice President and Litigation Section Chair.

She has experience with various areas of litigation including criminal, juvenile, civil, and family law. Prior to joining the court, she worked for a law office which specialized in landlord-tenant law. She has her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

He oversees the development, training, and support of the Court’s eFiling projects for the following areas of litigation: civil, criminal, family law and probate. Harut has over 20 years of court experience, progressing from a student worker to working in the courtroom to management and leadership roles. He has also worked in leadership and executive roles in the private and non-profit sectors. He holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and Management from Cal State University of Northridge.

She is an Adobe Certified Expert, a Certified Clio Product Pro, and holds software certifications in LexisNexis Time Matters and Billing Matters software. JoAnn is also a Registered Professional Liability Underwriter, a licensed property and casualty insurance agent, and the author of the ABA publication Legal Malpractice Insurance in One Hour For Lawyers.
She is active in the ABA Law Practice Management Division, serving on the Publishing Board and Law Practice Today Editorial Board, and is a frequent speaker on law firm technology, insurance, and risk and practice management topics.

Diane Mecca is a Certified Paralegal (CP) obtaining her certificate at Stanislaus State in 1997, and has been in the legal field for 25 years.
Diane is a Certified Bankruptcy Assistant (CBA) with the Association of Bankruptcy Judicial Assistants, obtaining that certificate in 2004. She has been doing bankruptcies for 25 years.
She is the Program Director and Instructor of the Certified Paralegal Program at Abrams College since 2004.
Diane is the current president of the Stanislaus County Legal Professionals Association (SCLPA) and a Section Leader with Legal Secretaries, Inc., (LSI). She is a past member of the Public Revisions Committee of Legal Secretaries, Inc. for six years.
She is a presenter of Legal Ethics throughout the State of California.
