Beginning at 12.01 AM PT on Saturday, October 21, we’re performing important infrastructure upgrades to One Legal. This planned work will be completed during the weekend with One Legal available again, as normal, on Monday.
Details about the upgrade
As One Legal expands to offer additional services in new states (we recently launched eFiling in Illinois and Indiana) and as we gain more and more users throughout the United States, it’s become necessary to expand our storage and data processing capabilities. Therefore, we’re upgrading One Legal to a bigger and faster server.
One Legal services will be unavailable
Typically, we aim to perform upgrades and conduct system maintenance without affecting our live platform. However, in this instance, the scale of the upgrade means that a short outage is unavoidable.
Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience. We’ll be working throughout the weekend to guarantee that One Legal’s services are online as normal on Monday.
