Our story begins in 1990, when we transformed the “same-day” legal support industry by filing the very first facsimile-transmitted document ever accepted in a California court. In fact, we were instrumental in getting the courts to make rules to even allow it.

In the decades that followed, One Legal developed a healthy obsession with making litigation easier and more reliable by using technology to improve efficiency and reduce risk. We launched eFiling in 2005, and soon expanded our services to include eService, physical service of process, courtesy copy delivery, and more.
