How it works
The Re-File feature supports several common scenarios:
- Case initiations: Quickly correct errors in party details, document types, or other data. The system pre-populates everything from the rejected filing, so you don’t have to start from scratch.
- Subsequent filings: All previously entered details, including selected parties, document types, hearing dates (if applicable), and fees are pre-filed. For partial rejections, previously accepted documents remain available for reference.
- Bundled File + Serve orders: Service of process orders linked to a rejected filing are automatically paused until the filing is resubmitted and accepted by the court, with the option to review or amend them before dispatch.

This feature is available for all eFiling courts. For physical filing rejections, our team will continue to reach out to filers directly to address any issues and return the corrected documents to the court.
